Why choose StmtReady

Cheaper than a general AI chat. Everyday individual conversions are free. Batch / API is $12/month or $120/year for 100 pages/month — without paying tokens and your time for every PDF. You also get a harder check than a chat: bank-layout extraction, opening + credits − debits = closing, and automatic repair when something fails — usually within a minute. And more security: encrypted in the browser before upload; no person reads your statement; plaintext discarded when the job finishes. Batch accuracy is our lifeline.

Short FAQ

Are everyday conversions free?

Yes. Upload, parse, review, and download stay free for individual use. You pay only for batch volume or API access.

What is the paid plan for?

Batch / volume — converting many statements in a period — with API included under the same 100 pages per month.

Is API a separate plan?

No. API is included in the batch plan. Contact us to start a batch plan.

HOW WE CHECK ACCURACY

Multiple engines, a balance equation, and AI spot-checks

We parse the statement ourselves and cross-check with additional engines, then keep the more consistent, up-to-date result. Opening + credits − debits = closing is the visible proof. We also run AI spot-checks — especially on batch work, where accuracy is our lifeline. PASS or FAIL — not a percentage badge. The equation can miss two offsetting errors and is not an audit.
