We extract by bank layout first, then hard-reconcile opening + credits − debits = closing. If that fails, we automatically repair — usually within a minute — instead of leaving you to debug the spreadsheet by hand.
More secure — no person reads your statement
Your PDF is encrypted in the browser before upload. We decrypt it only in memory to parse and automatically repair it. When the job finishes, plaintext is discarded. Parsing and repair are automated; no person opens your statement.
How we check accuracy
We parse the statement ourselves and cross-check with additional engines, then keep the more consistent, up-to-date result. The balance equation is a second check: PASS or FAIL shows whether the numbers reconcile — not a percentage claim. The equation can miss two offsetting errors and is not an audit.
AI is automated verification and repair for new layouts and reported issues, and a spot-check / QA layer especially on batch work — batch accuracy is our lifeline. We do not claim that every file was AI-reviewed.
Data security

We discard the decrypted file when the job finishes. If automatic repair runs, page images may be sent to a model provider; we prefer a zero-data-retention option.
